Flights

Lijiang Sanyi International Airport (LJG) is the only airport in Lijiang, which is located approximately 50 minutes from the Hylla Vintage Hotel (for the Wedding Ceremony & Reception) and 30 minutes from the InterContinental Lijiang Ancient Town Resort (for the Welcome Reception).

There are 2 routes that we recommend our guests take to travel to the city:

(1) Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport <—> Lijiang Sanyi International Airport

This route offers travel-friendly flight times and allows you to maximize your time in the city - fly out early in the morning and depart in the afternoon / early evening.

Please note it takes around 90 minutes by car from Hong Kong Island to Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport, inclusive of immigration clearance.

(2) Hong Kong International Airport <—> Lijiang Sanyi International Airport

Since September, Hong Kong Airlines has launched a new direct service between Hong Kong and Lijiang, operating 3 times a week. The flight schedule for this route is less convenient with limited flights - late-evening arrival and early-morning departure.

Departure from Hong Kong: 19:05 - 22:10 on every Monday / Wednesday / Friday

Departure from Lijiang: 09:05 - 11:55 on every Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday

Train

For guests that plan to travel around before the wedding, you may consider travelling to Lijiang via High-speed train. Major train stops in Yunnan include:

• Kunming (昆明)

• Dali (大理)

• Lijiang (丽江)

• Shangri-la (香格里拉)

Getting Around

It is very convenient to travel around Lijiang via taxi.

One of the most used ride-sharing platforms is Didi - we strongly recommend our guests to download the app before arriving.
